As you notice the handyman that you called. blew you off for a week. didn't call or show up. . Contractors don't generally answer their phones. If they're not a real business. you have to leave a message and hope they call back. When you hire a contractor you're not only paying $49.50 an hour that it cost to pay him with all the insurance and benefits that are required to have good quality people. But you're also paying, the cost of the truck which is $50 to put in your driveway and the salary of the office and support people as well as the utility bills and toll-free phone number at the office. And then lastly the company puts a percentage markup on all of that which is called profit and that is the reason that a company is in business. You called on Saturday and we answered the phone and came out immediately within an hour. We were very happy that you called us and that we were able to service you and solve your problem. 14 year old daughter's soccer team! I have been peeking into Angie's List for the past months to gift him
with a cleaning service. My experiences with Angie's List has provided me with some good deals. I received an immediate response to try Royal Air Duct Cleaning. The choice was for 2 workers for two hours plus $40 to clean the refrigerator. Unfortunately the workers were not told about the refrigerator cleaning! I just happened to check the refrigerator and ask if they had been told to clean it. They did not know and said it would be $30 extra. I told them I had already paid $40. These two women are excellent in the cleaning they do. So my total was worth the cost. The refrigerator issue was not their fault. I am glad that I thought to check inside the appliance and decided to ask about the refrigerator before they left. I am sure that Royal appreciates their work.

The reason we asked for the report on the way out of the door is because most people do not return reports and Angie's list customers want to see a lot of reports. I just purchased a townhouse and took off a register cover to find it so clogged with dust and dirt I
would not turn on the new HVAC unit before Royal would come out to clean out the ducts. I was not
home and the tech came in and performed the contracted work as required. The duct where I found the dirt clogged seemed to sparkle when I returned and fired up the new furnace. I would gladly use them for all their services again. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very informative and customer service oriented about all their services.
